I would like to express my appreciation for the dignified and courteous manner in which JA Clark and Son organised and carried out the funeral arrangements of my father and more recently my beloved aunt whose service was held in Bedford last month. Their service and attention to detail was first class and I would highly recommend them. Thank you for making such a tough time a little easier.

The team at Clark's exceeded all our expectations for Mum's funeral arrangements - they were all so professional in supporting us through a very difficult time & putting in place the arrangements to provide a fitting tribute & sent off for someone so close to our hearts.From the first meeting with Charlie to make preparations for the funeral service through to Ruth the celebrant ( she was fantastic) , Amanda who prepared the order of service , Susan who created the fitting floral tributes & Anthony who put us at ease at the crematorium by clearly outlying how the service would proceed we were shown such great empathy & warmth at all times.My Dad said after the funeral ' he was delighted with how things went & everything was beyond his expectations & we were able to provide a fantastic tribute & farewell ' .I can't thank everyone at Clark's enough for their support & highly recommend them to take care of you during a very difficult time in your lives.

Charlie was an absolute star; he was so helpful when we had to sadly arrange my mother in laws funeral. We were able to deal with everything remotely (as we live over 300 miles away). He supported us in making decisions and made sure we were updated at all times. Just a couple of weeks later and we've just had her ashes delivered to us in Cornwall. Great service

This family firm offered us a unique option to give our relative the simple cremation he wanted but with a chance to hold a bespoke small service at the chapel of rest to say farewell. Susan and Charlie were very professional and supportive at every step. This was a very positive experience and has helped a lot with our grief.

We have used J.A. Clark & Son several times in our family, and would not use anyone else. Everything is managed with sensitivity and care, and there is no pressure to spend more on particular aspects of the funeral. Charlie was fantastic with my father's funeral recently, and took care of everything for us - he put us in touch with an incredible celebrant, Ruth Arnold, who spent a lot of time with us getting to know my father which made her eulogy really meaningful. Susan did a lovely flower arrangement and Anthony and team were really great on the day making sure all went smoothly. I had worried about certain aspects in advance, such as whether the music would be tested etc. but I needn't have, as everything was well in hand among the excellent team.They certainly made a difficult time easier to deal with, and we would use them again without hesitation.

Really supportive family run business. They couldn't do enough to help myself and my siblings through our most difficult time.Nothing was to much.Thank you Susan, Charlie and all staff.X

I recently attended a funeral carried out by JA Clark & Son, the staff were amazing and incredibly professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

I attended a funeral yesterday conducted by this funeral director. They were so professional discreet, sensitive and caring. I would thoroughly recommend them.

An enormous thank you to Charlie and all the members of JA Clark and Son funeral directors for arranging the service here in the UK for our mum who sadly passed away last month. Owing to a tight time frame we couldn't have mass in church so Charlie kindly suggested and arranged for their chapel to be open for a couple of hours early evening where family and friends visited. Our wonderful Priest was also present offering prayers throughout before mum was finally taken back home to Ireland Their chapel of rest was spacious and beautiful and their attention to detail impeccable. Thank you everyone.

I attended a funeral service in support of a close friend for the burial of their grandmother/mother on Thursday 9th February.The undertakers were extremely professional, kind and respectful to my friend and their family throughout the process. They were even kind enough to drop me off at the top of the road at the end of the burial. Definitely would recommend.

I recently attended a funeral conducted by J A Clark in High Barnet and I was very impressed by their professionalism throughout. They were courteous and polite to the bereaved family and to others who had come to pay their respects. An outstanding service!

A very courteous and compassionate service was provided. They were respectful to both the deceased and the deceased's family. At no point were we hurried and they were professional throughout. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

My mothers funeral took place last Thursday. The service provided by the undertakers was excellent from start to finish. They showed great respect and kindness both to the deceased and the mourners. Everything went to plan and we were not hurried to leave once the burial had taken place. We were all taken to our Wake afterwards. I would highly recommend these funeral directors.
