We have used J A Clark & Son for the funerals of both our late father and more recently our late mother. The service we received from them was absolutely exemplary from start to finish. Charlie very gently guided us through the various options and we were able to personalise everything so that we achieved the send off we wanted. All aspects of my mother’s funeral arrangements were meticulously dealt with, with empathy and compassion. From her physical collection at the care home, for which I was present, to everything else to do with what is a difficult thing to organise when in such deep grief. Emails were responded
to promptly, explanations I required to do with various steps were clear and easy to understand. On the day of the funeral all members of staff were attentive and it went as well as it possibly could have done. Donations were collected by staff and sent to the charity we supported. The floral arrangements were beautiful too. I would highly recommend this company and also James Field who took the service for us. Many, many thanks 🙏

know that, the way they cared for our newborn son whilst in their care and our family while arranging his funeral was beautiful , they were so respectful of our wishes and we went to see our son in their chapel of rest he was dressed as we’d asked and they had taken so much care in ensuring he looked his best, Susan also did Theo’s name in flowers and ensured that the horse drawn carriage for our beautiful son was arranged beautifully, would highly recommend and like to say thank you on behalf of myself and my family for ensuring Theo’s final journey was as perfect as he was.
